We were in Playa del Carmen
Happily parting away
When suddenly death came up barging
And make us drink all the way
Margaritas, tequilas and coronas
And the death kept asking for more
She wanted to join all of us
And the beat we had in the dance floor
She started shaking her skeleton
To the rhythm of salsa and reggaeton
And since we couldn’t keep her pace
She told us she’d take us to the grave
That’s how we all ended up
Swinging at the cementery
And she finally gave up
On writing our obituary.
